Kicking Off the Next Chapter with a Sweet Celebration

Scholars running into school, families sharing proud moments, and the smell of fresh GREEN doughnuts filling the air is how we kicked off the next chapter at Emerald Academy. Emerald Academy’s charter has been renewed for 10 more years, and we certainly couldn’t let this milestone pass without a party! Scholars, teachers, and families came together to celebrate with green doughnuts and big smiles. It was a day filled with joy, hope, and excitement for the journey ahead. This was more than a celebration, it was a reminder of the incredible community we’ve built over the last 10 years and will continue to build for 10 years more.

Since our doors opened in 2015, we’ve been on a mission to equip youth for college and community leadership. Thanks to Knoxville’s unwavering support, this mission is continuing and thriving. As we look to the future, we know that we’re stronger together. Parents, neighbors, and community leaders, you are the heart of what makes Emerald Academy special.
